1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trustwall ("Service"), operated by Trustwall ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trustwall is a social proof platform that enables businesses to collect, curate, and display customer reviews — both text and video — across their marketing funnels. The Service includes embeddable review widgets, collection pages, CSV import/export functionality, custom branding options, and API access (where available on your plan).

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

Trustwall offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all reviews, text, video, images, and other content you submit or collect through the Service ("User Content"). By using Trustwall, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to collect and display reviews from your customers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Fabricate, manipulate, or post fake reviews or testimonials
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service without authorization
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Embed Trustwall widgets on websites containing illegal or harmful content

7. Embeddable Widgets & Integration

Trustwall provides embeddable widgets (walls and collection pages) that you may integrate into your own websites. You are solely responsible for the websites on which you embed our widgets and must ensure those sites comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to disable widgets that appear on sites violating these terms.

8. API Usage

If your subscription plan includes API access, you may use our API to programmatically interact with the Service. API usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage is deemed excessive or abusive.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, code, and documentation, is owned by Trustwall and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data via CSV before termination. We are not liable for any loss of data following account termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any reviews or content displayed through the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trustwall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
