2.1 Account Information
When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this information to create and manage your Trustwall account.
2.2 Review & Content Data
We store the reviews, testimonials, and media (text and video) that you collect from your customers through Trustwall collection pages. This includes reviewer names, email addresses (if provided), review text, star ratings, and uploaded video content.
2.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, widget impressions, browser type, device information, IP address, and referring URLs.
2.4 Billing Information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Display reviews and testimonials through embeddable widgets on your websites
- Process transactions and manage your subscription
- Send you service-related communications (account updates, security alerts, billing notices)

- Public Display: Reviews and testimonials you choose to display through Trustwall widgets are visible to visitors of the websites where those widgets are embedded

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure. 6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may export your data via CSV at any time before account deletion.

- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
